Brambleberry is a largely self-sufficient 80-acre modern day homestead. We have a strong belief that it is our obligation to be good stewards of the land and to raise our own organic fruits, vegetables and meat.

We take pride in producing and enjoy sharing our healthy, organic, slow food with guests.

Our self-sustaining practices include raising yearly vegetables for eating fresh, freezing and canning. We have a permanent fruit garden featuring rhubarb, strawberries, raspberries, currants and other fruit from which we make delicious wines. We also make our own maple syrup right here on the farm.

Chickens provide us with fresh eggs and we raise pigs each season, treating them to leftover garden produce. We heat with wood that is harvested from dead or dying trees from our land, which is part of our efforts to manage the forests.
