Whether you’re planning a party for a shower, graduation, birthday, retirement, holiday, celebration of life, anniversary or a smaller, casual wedding, the event space at Brambleberry will serve your party needs.
The private event space at Brambleberry Winery is located in the north half of the tasting and sales room. The space is 40 by 50 feet (2,000 square feet) and divided from the tasting room/winery space with an 8-foot high curtained wall. Your guests have access to the winery’s restrooms, which can serve 400.
The winery will remain open during your event, per our regular hours.
Limit 150 guests in the private event space, with up to 18 tables seating 108 to 150 guests, depending on whether 6 or 8 are seated at table. Tableclothes are available for rent. Attractive, padded wooden chairs are provided. A few extra tables available for gifts and food.
Rates are $100 per hour, minimum two-hour rental.
Minimum charge of $500 for all weddings.
Party rentals may set up 30 minutes before your rental time and need to be cleaned up 15 minutes after your event has ended.
All events must end by 9 p.m. on Friday or Saturday; 6 p.m. on Sunday.
50% non-refundable deposit required at booking time. Balance due one-week before your event.
All beverages for your party (wine, beer, soda and water) must be purchased from Brambleberry. It is illegal to bring other alcohol on the premises.
When renting the event space, you may hire a caterer or furnish your own food for your event. (Winery customers may not bring in their own food.) We will provide waste and recycling receptacles, but your must remove food waste and take it with you when you leave.
